Glad to hear it. Why does the last one not solve? Any clues?

Also you reported a crash that so far I have been unable to reproduce. Does that still happen?

Problems with COUSCOUS 2.6.0.18 No. 12

All seven active flow sheets solve now. None of them crash. I will inform you if I uncover a flow sheet that still crashes. Glad to have that over!

The ID 3 flow sheet would converge to ~ x.xxxxe-05 but not solve (The new Gibbs Warning Message was repeatedly displayed in the Log), so after a few attempts, I just conducted the surgery and replaced some of the Gibbs Reactor Units with Fixed Reactor Units as we discussed. It then solved. No longer of concern to me.

If the solution stalls at a low residual, this usually indicates that one of the unit operations it not solving to sufficient precision to reach the desired overall residual. Probably, as you indicate, the Gibbs Reactors in this case.
