Select Toolbar from the View menu.

normaly there are 2 lines in the toolbar, I have only one, see attachement

The other one is the menu, and cannot be hidden. It can be floating somewhere however. Possibly outside the screen, if you do not see it.

Please delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\COCOSimulator\COFE\Workspace, using regedit, and restart COFE, this should restore the default layout.

It does appear that once the menu is floating, and COFE is restarted, it disappears. This is a bug. A fix is available via COCO update, that will ensure the menu is docked and visible upon starting the application.
