I ran the command and get the following error (and a quick translation):
Se cargó el módulo "COCOCOUS64.dll", pero se produjo un error en la llamada DllRegisterServer (código de error 0x80070005).
Para obtener más información acerca de este problema, realice una búsqueda en Internet con el código de error como término de búsqueda.
Raw Translation
COCOCOUS64.dll was loaded but an error was produced in the DllRegisterServer call (error code 0x80070005)
To obtain more info about this info search on internet the error code.
While COFE now calculates the flowsheet, COFE64 now gives this warning:
A material object has not been released:
Name: AClient (mass flow line), Reference count:5

Then another error several times:
Simulation context has not been released; out-standing reference count: 6

Afterwards ... COFE is stuck solving and shows the message ... cannot exit while flowsheets are solving.

Code 0x80070005 is access denied, can you try again using a cmd prompt that has administrative rights? Alternatively, reinstall.

I presume at this point the registration of GOOOP32.exe is broken as well. This can be fixed by running

GOOOP32 /RegServer

also from a command prompt that has administrative rights.

Since I had already tried with admin rights I thought it was a better idea to uninstall the program, and start fresh...

When reinstalling (with admin rights) the following error appears:
COCO Setup
Registration of C:\progra files\coco\cofeprevHandl64.dll Failed.
Please register manually...

I believe this has happened in previous installations since version 3...

And if I open the bypass file (COFE64) and calculate it it says Controller TI (2) (2) (1) must be part of a recycle.

But with COFE (32) there is no problem with the same file ... it calculates it correctly.

Failed registration of the preview handler is not a significant problem, and will be fixed in the next installer.

Can you tell me the version numbers of COFE.exe and COFE64.exe?

(your GOOOP32 problem has disappeared?)

COFE64 is still sometimes crashing after calculating the flowsheet.
Sometimes the icons are not shown when starting the program... I suppose because of previous crashes ...
I can see no errors regarding gooop
COFE Version 3.1.0.0 (x64)
COFE Version 3.1.0.0 (x86, 32-bit)

When the updater tries tu update the software there have been some problems ... perhaps some server is down. I will keep trying to update and will post here anything new that might help to find the problem. =)

Probably because of the failed update now COFE32 is also crashing ... until it is able tu update...

Regarding GOOOP32 ... I suppose it still exist because it is crashing constantly ... but when I am able to update it I'll post the news =)

The controller problems are not solved until COFE 3.1.0.12

Which icons do not show? Unit operations? Or the COFE icon on the taskbar?

CUP does not usually crash in case of a server being down - plus, it works fine on my end, so the server is up. What does CUP report?

(are you having other software at your computer that shows problems? Or just COCO?)

I am sorry for not answering sooner. I am using Windows 10...
I don't have a lot of software installed ... most of the apps are from PortableApps.com Suite (would love to have COFE on PortableApps btw ...)
The Unit Operations disappeared when I opened the file.
When it crashes I only see the message from Windows that the program stopped working.
No other software shows problems ...
I will update the program and post an update of how it behaves after the update.

Best Regards! Gus...
