Can viscosity be added so the it can be selected in the Measure Unit?

What number would it return for a multi-phase stream?

I was thinking in terms of single phase, either liquid or gas.

Do you expect the unit to fail to evaluate (raise an error) in case of a multi-phase stream, or in case a phase is identified that is not present?
