some doubt on Gibbs calculation on coco

Postby alemil » 28 June 2021, 11:39

Hello,
I have some doubt about the working of the Gibbs reactor. I see strange results in term of a combustion reaction of CH4/C2H6, I previously asked about it and it was fixed. Now I see again something that seems bad. In a calculation, using the same compositions used before and changing only the air/NG flows it works fine (I see it also from the expected outlet temperature, 900°C, that corresponds to the calculated), whereas by making some small change in air composition it provides a warning on the material balance, with outlet temperature apparently not correct). Thanks for support.

I see the problem as it appears in your file, but if I re-run, the solution is ok. Are you using COUSCOUS 3.5?
