The order of route points is intended to affect the routing. The stream will go from the start, to the first route point, to the second, etc, to the end. I see however there is a problem inserting a new route point at the right location. It is supposed to be added there where you insert it. This is now fixed (CUP). Thank you for reporting this.
Fonts: when you paste, you copy the format from the source. I would expect notepad text to copy unformatted - trying: it actually switches to Tahoma when typing. This appears to be the default font for the box, as MS Sans is the default for COCO (which you can change for a file, select Custom from Font Size in flowsheet config); fixed - the default font is now applied. "MS Sans" seems to no longer exit, and "MS Sans Serif" looks different. I changed it to Arial. If you want to avoid pasting formatted from Word (or any other word processor), paste to Notepad (or any other text editor) first, and then to COFE; this will eliminate the format, as Notepad does not deal with format. Values that do not appear in the height drop down you can just type (just type 15 if you need it).
Energy stream and printing: I see something similar. Flaky behaviour of printer drivers, I think. I made some changes - see if you like this better. However, now the energy streams looks a lot like the information stream on my printer.
Truncated text: I made a fix. See if it works for you. Note that if this happens and you put a line around the box, the text will exceed its box. This is the printing functionality of the Rich Edit control - there is not much I can do about the fact that it cannot or will not size the font such that there is a sufficient match of scale on the printer.
